Responsibilities
- Oversees the performance of a project or projects by monitoring scheduling, forecasting, and cost control efforts.
- Ensures projects are executed according to standard procedures, schedule, budget, quality standards and regulations.
- Identifies and mitigates risks to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Presents financial, human resource and operational data in project review meetings.
- Tracks claims & change orders to ensure they are providing adequate compensation.
- Builds a safety culture by implementing and supporting safety programs and practices and holding individuals accountable.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with owners, understanding their needs and expectations and deliver solutions that exceed their requirements and foster long-term partnerships.
- Oversees new project start-up.
- Mentors, coaches, provides feedback and evaluates performance of staff members.
- Evaluates employee's performance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
