In this multifaceted position, you’ll provide top-tier executive and personal support, ensuring smooth office operations while maintaining high discretion and efficiency. You’ll be quick to respond, exercising sound judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Your ability to balance multiple priorities with poise will be crucial.
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO daily as needed with tasks of both corporate and personal nature.
- Manage schedules, make appointments, and set agendas.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing email to and from multiple mailboxes including receiving dictation.
- Secure travel arrangements including commercial and private air travel, hotel reservations, car arrangements, etc. for domestic and international travel.
- Manage business and personal expenses, and reconcile credit card statements, bank statements, and investment accounts.
- Serve as personal CFO by maintaining personal bills and financial statements, preparing personal financial statements, assisting with quarterly and annual tax filings, interacting with personal financial advisors, etc.
- Work in a multi-platform environment to provide support for the CEO’s former personally owned company and personal data.
- Screen incoming calls and mail. Maintain all online files in an organized manner.
- Miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.
