What You Will Do: As an IT Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Information and Technology team.

• Assisting in the management and organization of IT documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and reports.
• Collaborating with IT professionals to run and analyze weekly reports, tracking project progress, and highlighting any deviations from the plan.
• Assisting in data entry and analysis, helping to maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and hardware inventory.
• Supporting the IT team in troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating more complex problems to the appropriate team members.
• Assisting in coordinating IT meetings, training sessions, and other IT-related events.
• Assisting in setting up and configuring hardware and software for new employees.
• Assisting in testing and evaluating new software applications or IT tools.
• Supporting IT professionals in conducting research on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Contributing to IT-related internal projects and initiatives focused on process improvement and efficiency.
  
  

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A student in Systems Engineering, Information and Technology, Computer Science, or a related field should have basic knowledge of Information Technology principles, concepts, and technologies.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and IT-related tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
• Enthusiasm and passion for IT and a desire to grow in the field.
• Nice to have: Basic Knowledge of Azure AD and ITIL Methodologies.
