What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Infant Teacher position at The Learning Experience #145?
Are you looking for somewhere to share your passion and grow your experience working with children?
Our motto is work hard, play hard. While it is important for the children to #LearnPlayGrow, we feel that motto should apply to our teachers as well. Working in Early Childhood Education should be fun, messy, exciting, and fulfilling- and here at TLE Astoria we're doing just that!
As an assistant teacher here, you'll get to inspire the future generation. You'll have a direct connection to help teach, grow, and love future teachers, doctors, firefighters, astronauts, etc.
We look for team players and collaborative minds that are looking to continue their professional and personal growth. We want to help our teachers achieve goals in and out of the classroom, with the help of our TLE Astoria family. We have started a DREAM program, where management helps and guides our teachers to reaching dreams that they have-but just need a little help getting there.
Our infant classroom is full of excitement! While maintaining every child's individual schedule and needs- our teachers play, sing, and create with our infant friends! Our friends 6 week-12months do art projects, learn sign language, and do a ton of sensory play. The infant classroom is a great classroom full of love, laughter, and learning!
