Role Responsibilities :
Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and / or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their childrens latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions about child care needs.
As a Teacher, you will :
Partner with other teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and have the unique opportunity to use our engaging characters to make TLE a fun place for children to learn, play, and grow.
Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout the classrooms and programs.
Collaborate with your peers to create a great working environment and a welcoming and engaging space for children.
Communicate with parents and families, sharing their child's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
Qualifications :
6 months of childcare / daycare experience preferred
High School Diploma / GED required.
Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
