The Position: We’re looking for a Licensing Specialist
The Licensing Specialist is primarily responsible for licensing of all TLE centers, (New, Transfers, and/or Sales), as required per state regulations
Responsibilities:

Completion and submission of all licensing applications to the appropriate state licensing departments.
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines
- Coordinate licensing visits with the appropriate Regional Manager.
- Effectively manage the various stages of center development from construction to opening.
- Provide training, consultation and technical assistance regarding licensing of TLE centers.
- Acts as a liaison by communicating and responding, at a professional level, with state and local governmental licensing agencies to ensure a smooth and transparent licensing process.
- Interact with other TLE departments, as well as outside vendors, to successfully transition vendors and utilities during a transition of management and operational control.
- Coordinates and participates in meetings with staff, franchise owners, local governmental licensing agencies and corresponding departments when needed.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience with government licensing agencies (Preferred)
- Computer proficiency including MS Office and Excel
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Understand basic legal principles of entity formation and corporate structure
- Knowledge of construction, licensing, permit, zoning process (Preferred)
- High School Diploma required Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
