Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through trial. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury law, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional results for our clients. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a highly regarded firm that values integrity, teamwork, and client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and fall, wrongful death, and other injury claims.
• Provide comprehensive legal counsel and representation to clients, ensuring their rights are protected throughout the claims process.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Prepare and represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials when necessary.
• Maintain detailed case files, tracking deadlines, and client communications.
• Collaborate with support staff, including paralegals and legal assistants, to ensure efficient case management.
• Stay current with developments in personal injury law and continually enhance your legal knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas (must be in good standing with the State Bar of Texas).
• 2 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
• Proven track record of successfully handling personal injury cases, with experience in trial preparation and litigation.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and opposing counsel.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to client success.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
