Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or a related field, preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
