Position Overview:
The Customer Service Attendant will provide front-line support to our clients, assisting with policy inquiries, basic administrative tasks, and internal communication. This role requires a friendly attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to grow in the insurance field.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, greet clients, and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
- Maintain and update client records in the system
- Support licensed agents with day-to-day operations
- Learn and adhere to compliance procedures and insurance guidelines
- Work with MS Office programs for communication, reports, and client documents
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (email, MS Word/Excel)
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Must be willing to obtain an insurance license (training support provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- Prior experience in marketing, administrative work, or insurance
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Holding a current insurance license is a plus
