Job Summary
Six-figure potential! The Lind Institute of Plastic Surgery is looking for a Surgical Sales Coordinator, with a proven sales record in another sales position, to join our growing private aesthetic surgery practice and med-spa. The surgery side of the practice focuses only on cosmetic breast and body procedures. Our luxurious practice also enjoys two on-site AAAASF certified operating rooms. This position will have a base salary along with a competitive tiered commission structure with NO CAP on earnings and six-figure potential!
A Successful Candidate Should Have the Following Qualities:
- Prior experience in a sales position, ideal candidate will be able to show prior results (by way of numbers) and success in a recent sales position

- Must have great organizational skills so that routine sales/lead/consult follow-ups can be performed in a timely manner

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- The primary focus of the job will be to drive surgical sales through in-person consults with the surgeon and through virtual consults with potential patients
- Will follow up with all leads
- Will be quoting and selling surgical procedures and treatments
- Will be managing the surgical schedule
- Will be taking payments for procedures
- Will be assisting with helping patients obtain financing when needed

Expected Areas of Competence
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
- Nextech EMR (electronic medical record) experience a plus
- Ability to work with a diverse group of employees

- Very detail oriented
Education/ Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical field, device sales, cosmetic surgery, med spa, or similar
- Bachelor's degree preferred

As of 2020, the office now exists as a free-standing location with clinic space, two full AAAASF accredited operating rooms, and a full-service med spa. This full-service office is located in Spring, TX about 25 minutes north of Houston. Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
