• Dream up exciting social media content to show off the fun side of The Little Gym.
• Design flyers, newsletters, and posts that inspire families to come join in on the fun.
• Build relationships with local businesses and schools to share the word about all the great things we’re up to.
• Create and launch creative campaigns that make families want to be part of the magic.
• Comfortable creating content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) using a variety of tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or equivalent)

• Plan, prep, and execute signature events like Parent Survival Nights and birthday parties.
• Work with the team to make sure events are as fun as they are well-organized.
• Bring your creative touch to every event, from brainstorming themes to creating memorable experiences.

• Lead part-time classes that encourage kids to explore, play, and grow.
• Work alongside your team to create a fun, safe, and energetic gym environment.
• Ensure the gym is clean, safe, and ready for the next fun-filled day.

Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.
