WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Highly motivated team memberthat has a drive to learn and grow. Provide prompt and courteous service to the groups employees and human resources contacts with regard to enrollment. This position will entail:
- Terminate members/dependents and process COBRA letters in timely manner.
- Provide customer service to client HR leaders.
- Input new employees, changes, and terminations.
- Call prescription carriers with changes and to resolve any issues.
- Send and follow up on age-out letters.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
WHERE YOU'LL BE LOCATED:
You will be based out of our headquarters office in Wyomissing, PA. This position is on a flexible hybrid work schedule.

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), plus six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
