WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Highly motivated team memberthat has a drive to learn and grow. Provide prompt and courteous service to the groups employees and human resources contacts with regard to enrollment. This position will entail:

• Terminate members/dependents and process COBRA letters in timely manner.
• Provide customer service to client HR leaders.
• Input new employees, changes, and terminations.
• Call prescription carriers with changes and to resolve any issues.
• Send and follow up on age-out letters.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

WHERE YOU'LL BE LOCATED:

You will be based out of our headquarters office in Wyomissing, PA. This position is on a flexible hybrid work schedule.

• Organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products andclaims system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change.

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), plus six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
