THE LOT CITY CENTER is LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
This position is located: 6000 Bollinger Canyon Rd Suite 2300, San Ramon, CA 94583
There is an excellent opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor at THE LOT City Center. You will oversee our Life experience entertainment concepts in a fast-paced environment in an extraordinary venue, complete with Restaurant, Bar, Café, and Cinemas, you will lead our Team Members to design the ultimate guest experience.
PAY RANGE: $24 - $25/hr
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Achieve customer satisfaction and compliance with policies/procedures in the restaurant.
- Train, coach and assist employees in the restaurant operation.
- Monitor performance and recommend corrective action
- Alert management of potentially serious issues
- Respond to customer needs and rectify any guest issues
- Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the restaurant to ensure safe work environment
- Assist with Monthly beverage inventory
- Assist with maintenance of cafe, storage and inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all beverage and outlet areas
- Oversee cash handling and check/credit policies and procedures
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to inform staff of daily events
- Promote teamwork and quality service
- Routinely greet guests, serve food and beverage and service other outlets departments
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of employment in the F&B industry
- Must have POS experience.
- Prior restaurant experience a must
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional guest-focus
- Fluency in other languages beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
