Job Title: Housekeeper
Department: Homeowners’ Association
Reports to: Community Association Manager and Services Coordinator
Position Status: Full Time
FLSA Status: Non Exempt Hourly Position
JOB SUMMARY: Perform general housekeeping for the members and association of The Loxahatchee Club. Under the direction of the Community Association Manger and Services Coordinator, housekeepers are scheduled to clean the private residences in The Loxahatchee Club at the request of the individual homeowner. The schedule is prepared by the Services Coordinator and presented to the housekeeper who is then dispatched to the residence to be cleaned for that day.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent or combination related work experience. Two years general housekeeping experience.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within our clients' homes. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and contributing to their overall well-being.
Summer - During the summer, housekeeper duties change. Housekeeper schedule may consist of cleaning of patio furniture, deep cleaning of homes, touch up service of homes, lobby services.

Qualifications
SKILLS
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
- Must have the ability to Read and Write English
- Ability to utilize and update an IPAD app based program
- Understanding and ability to recognize and report household issues such as roof leaks, pest control, pool issues, water, air conditioning, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Ability to adapt to different client preferences and accommodate special requests.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Able to lift to 30 lbs. floor to waist and overhead without assistance and able to assist other team members in lifting items >30 lbs.
2. Able to stand, walk and work long hours between rest periods.
3. Able to reach, bend, climb, grasp, kneel, push, pull, and twist as needed.
4. Ability to speak and communicate with supervisor and co-workers.
5. Employee must be able to work alone (unattended) for up to 8 hours at a time.
6. Employee must be able to operate a motor vehicle to travel from job site to job site within the community.
7. Must be able to speak English.
