Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders with exceptional quality and timeliness.
• Clean and maintain all grounds areas, including common spaces and vacant units.
• Ensure trash removal and snow removal are completed efficiently.
• Regularly inspect properties to identify areas requiring attention.
