Basic Qualifications:

Skill(s): Basic reading, writing, and mathematics skills; ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach, and lift objects weighing 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills; valid driver's license.

General Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing a variety of duties relating to the cleanliness and maintenance of the Bank's buildings, grounds, and equipment; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries and requests for information.

Essential Duties
- Performs a variety of duties to maintain the Bank's buildings, grounds, and equipment in a clean and orderly condition including, but not limited to, the following:
- Monitors the building and grounds to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment.
- Performs various cleaning and maintenance activities, including sweeping and mopping floor surfaces, vacuuming carpeted areas, and dusting lobbies and office spaces.
- Cleans restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors; restocks restroom supplies as needed.
- Removes trash and recycling; disposes of trash and recycling in designated locations.
- Ensures security of building during and after job completion; reports any security violations to management.
- Follows all written and verbal instructions as directed.
- Informs immediate supervisor of any major repairs needed.
- Inputs hours worked in payroll system
- Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the department as well as with other departments in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
- Abides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment which is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the work place.
- Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g. Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, etc.
- Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule.
- Responds to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from customers, other bank personnel, etc., within given time frames and within established policy.
- Attends workshops, seminars, and other developmental opportunities to improved individual and/or team performance.
