Pay Rate: $16-21/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

- Competitive salary - $16-21/hr
- Your choice of two different medical plan options. The employer contribution is 70% of the monthly premium
- Vision and dental plans are available. The employer contribution is 75% of the monthly premium.

Your primary duties will include but, are not limited to, maintaining the cleanliness of the building and its surroundings, which includes picking up litter, cleaning common areas, removing trash, and performing property inspections. Other duties include sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors, cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, and replenishing bathroom supplies.
