Ed. Tech III Starting Pay: $27.50 per hour/ $57,200.00 per year
- Compensation follows our step salary scale, increasing with each year of service.
- Additional compensation may be considered for applicable experience, tenure in similar positions, and proficiency in comparable instructional techniques.
Our calendar includes 3 paid weeks of vacation, built-in long weekends throughout the year, weekly paid time off accrual, and opportunities for professional development!

The Margaret Murphy Centers for Children (MMCC) is a special-purpose private school serving children pre-k through high school ages with developmental disabilities and emotional disorders.
Students of MMCC receive individualized educational and behavioral services provided by a team of clinical and educational professionals and providers. Under the supervision of certified Special Ed teachers and Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA), and using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), School-Based Behavioral Health Professions (SB-BHP)/Educational Technicians work one-on-one with students to meet educational and behavioral needs.
We have openings at our Pre-K-12th grade Saco location! We are looking for professionals who are dedicated, compassionate, creative, and disciplined to join our team. This is a year-round teaching position that offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for comprehensive clinical experience and training.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or a minimum of 90 college credits required.
Preference given to those with experience in the field, although not required.
Educational Technician certification, School-Based Behavioral Health Professional Certifications, and additional training will be provided through employment at MMCC.
