We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at our well run hotel. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the property during overnight hours, providing exceptional guest services while performing essential operational tasks. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality management and guest relations, ensuring that all guests are safe, secure and have a pleasant and memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and payments.
- Manage the front desk operations during night shifts, including checking guests in and out.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Prepare daily financial reports.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
