Mary Wade Home : CNA - Full-Time, Part-Time & Per-Diem
Hourly Rate Range : $18.74 to $ 21.79
Shifts : 7am to 3pm & 3pm to 11pm & 11pm to 7am
Monday to Friday : shift differentials for 2nd & 3rd shift
Saturday & Sunday : shift differentials for all shifts

We have 94 beds, 3 shifts, every other weekend rotations and shift differentials. Our staff development program places you with a CNA Training Coach who delivers hands-on, side-by-side training. Additional training and support is always available.
Our resident population is primarily seniors with varying levels of acuity.

Job Requirements
- MUST HAVE A CURRENT CT C.N.A CERTIFICATION
- Provide basic care to residents as well assist them in daily activities
- Be on-time every time
- Follow the care plan every day
- Be enthusiastic about a career in Nursing and Healthcare!
- Be friendly, courteous and supportive to residents, families and coworkers
- Speak with respect and professionalism to all. Be kind and empathetic
- Uphold medical and nursing care standards and practices
- MUST HAVE a valid C.N.A license to be considered for the position
- Prior Certified Nursing Assistant experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred
- CPR certification is not required

Dedicated Orientation and Training Supports Your Success :
All new hire CNAs are partnered with a CNA Training Coach for on-the-job orientation on the nursing floor. This interactive and hands-on program will prepare you for your own assignment. You will know your way around the floor and where to find documents, supplies and equipment. The Staff Development Nurse provides additional support and training. We will make sure you are ready to fly solo by the end of your orientation time!
