The Matador is a new restaurant located on South Blvd in Charlotte and offering excellent food, beverages and service. Ours is a menu of extensive tequilas, fresh ingredients and bold flavors. We feature Happy Hours twice daily to keep them coming back for more.
We are a bustling restaurant and bar, seeking exceptional team members who hustle and maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times in order to ensure memorable experiences for our Guests.
Melang Restaurants is looking for Servers to join our team at Charlotte Matador!
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
- General knowledge of restaurant steps of service; minimum of 2 years as a server in a fast-paced, physically demanding, full-service, high-volume restaurant.
- Honest and reliable.
- Energetic and self-starting with a "Guest First" focus.
- Utilizes constructive learning and coaching approaches.
- Extensive tequila knowledge a major plus!
