JOB DESCRIPTION
Teaching and facilitating fitness classes that are highly engaging and motivating to our members. We are seeking a highly entertaining, motivating, and energetic instructor. Classes combine Cardio HIIT training together with strength training in a small to medium group environment. Position is part time, Mon to Fri, hours vary from early to mid-morning and evenings. Some weekend work may be required occasionally. Interaction with members on social media company hidden pages will be required and desired. We strive to deliver a fun and unique exercise concept, and thus all training and certification will be provided upon hiring. An entire weekend training session will be provided to you to meet certification requirements.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
You will be leading a 45 minute workout at the same time each weekday, while engaging members by becoming their friend and mentor.
The workouts should differ from day to day, combining and alternating between Cardio HIIT training and strength training, together with some element of kickboxing.
Ensure safe practices by providing modifications to exercises when needed, providing exercise corrections, advise members on healthy eating habits, and motivating members by providing a high energy pep talk at the end of each class.
Interaction with members through social media outside of class hours to assist in answering questions regarding the program.
