Job Description:
This full-time position requires a wide array of clerical duties in an office setting serving individuals with mental health and substance-related issues. The position requires a high school diploma with one year of experience in an office setting. Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel in particular). This is an entry-level position and great for someone who is just starting in the medical/mental health field!
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Sending out and receiving information
- Electronic filing of medical documents
- Answering phones and routing calls to appropriate parties
- Other clerical duties to support a busy office environment.
Requirements: One year of experience in an office setting is required.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
