A portion of related instruction hours, through WorkReadyNH, may be required to complete on own time. Upon successful completion and demonstration of competency in all required training areas, will allow for Application for Certification of Completion of Apprenticeship through the United States Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCEOn track to graduate high school or high school diploma or equivalencyPrevious related experience and/or training in a customer service environment Intermediate use of desktop applicationsStrong customer service, communication and organizational skills Must be able to work rotating SaturdaysAbility to travel between offices as requiredPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESProcess customer deposits, account withdrawals, cashing checks, issuing bank and travelers checks, issuing and redeeming savings bonds and processing loan payments Promotes and sells bank products and services to new and existing customersResponds to questions and resolve problems or concerns for customers effectively and efficiently We believe in building genuine partnerships that encompass top of the line customer service delivered by a culture of teamwork, integrity and excellence.
