We are currently seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager for our Northeast Ohio market. In this position, you will:
- Be responsible for developing a quality commercial customer portfolio and managing the customer relationship. This also includes underwriting, structuring and closing loans and achieving sales objectives.
- Participates in marketing strategy for commercial loan originations.
- Prepare loan packages that meet the Bank’s underwriting standards.
- Monitor and manage delinquent credit in the portfolio.
- Develop business and community relationships and participate in community activities and organizations to increase the Bank’s visibility.
- Recognize opportunities and make referrals for other banking services and products.
To be considered you will need:
- Bachelor Degree in business related field is preferred.
- Commercial lending experience in CRE and C&I.
- Minimum of 5 years’ commercial lending experience.
- Effective sales ability and persuasiveness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient in bank information systems and software.
