Strategic Partnerships Manager – Construction & Infrastructure
Remote based role Local to Southeast region, Texas Preferably, with Travel

Base Salary
- $134,000 – $160,000 (dependent on level and experience) with an Annual Incentive Company performance bonus: 5% minimum, up to 10% of base salary based on company metrics

Our Client is growing and creating a new, senior-level role focused on building long-term partnerships and uncovering early-stage construction and infrastructure opportunities across the Southeast.
This position is designed for a relationship-first business development professional who knows how work actually gets done in construction, through trust, credibility, and being in the right rooms early.
This is not a cold-calling or bid-chasing role. The focus is on proactive market engagement, off-market opportunity identification, and positioning our client as a preferred partner for large contractors, municipalities, and infrastructure stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with:
- Large general contractors
- Engineering and development firms
- Municipal and regional decision-makers
- Identify and influence construction opportunities before they are publicly bid
- Develop a forward-looking pipeline (12–24 months) aligned with long-term growth goals
- Position the company for MSAs, preferred vendor relationships, and repeat work
- Represent the organization at industry events, community forums, and relationship-driven settings
- Partner closely with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to support pursuits
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of business development experience in construction or adjacent industries
- Proven success securing large, multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects
- An active professional network within construction, civil, infrastructure, aggregates, environmental services, or similar sectors
- Strong executive presence and natural relationship-building ability
- Comfortable operating in blue-collar, relationship-driven environments
- Willingness to travel regionally throughout the Southeast

Compensation & Support
