The Office Services Associate- Floater performs office serivce functions to include mail receipt and delivery, shipping and receiving, print, copy, finishing and other office services and facility related functions as directed by the manager. Provide coverage at multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and deliver mail to all delivery points as specified at the site.
- Post Outgoing mail and record department information for chargeback purpose.
- Maintain equipment in good working order.
- Maintain proper inventory of supplies.
- Utilize TMG Tracking System to properly receive and deliver all accountable mail items.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 3-5 years experience in a mail room or experience at FedEx and/or UPS.
- Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to give direction to team
- Ability to exercise independent judgement regarding ethical practices and conflict resolution.
- Must Have a valid driver's license
