Responsibilities
•Receive all mail and packages (both business and personal).
• Process inbound, outbound, domestic and international mail and parcels which include FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.
• On occasion, offload palleted packages, crates of equipment and/or merchandise from shipping companies.
• Hazmat Shipping. (DOT/IATA certification) experiance prefered.
• Utilize the receiving system to maintain a record of parcels.
• Deliver mail to designated mail rooms on each floor.
• Deliver packages to each person individually.
• Order, stock and maintain copy/mailrooms with supplies (i.e. copy paper, general office supplies). Stock printer paper for all copiers and printers on campus.
• Distribute specific items to Executives as required.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years customer service and shipping/receiving related experience preferred.
• Basic Mathematical skills.
• 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Software.
• Hazmat certification (DOT/IATA) experience prefered.
• Ability to effectively work individually and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to meet employer's attendance policy.
• Keyboarding and Windows environment PC Skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
• Attention to detail.
Salary : $34,200 - $43,200
