Associate Attorney Position
Seeking a motivated. Florida Bar Licensed attorney, for a growing elder law practice. We are looking for an Associate with possible long-term employment and who would like to litigate elder law cases
(emphasis on exploitation recover), estate planning, probate, guardianship, and life care planning.
Engaging with our senior clients, and those with special needs is a big part of the job. We seek an attorney who wants to help people.
Attorney Requirements:
- Applicants must be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida;
- 1-2 years of courtroom experience preferred, but not required;
- Experience drafting complaints, discovery, any other civil experience;
- Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills; self-motivated;
- Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate verbally and in writing effectively;
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and organized;
- Trial skills a plus, but not required;
- Salary commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,208.00 - $141,300.00 per year
