Eyelash Extension Technician

Job Summary
You must be licensed. This is a COMMISSION BASE POSITION (This is a self employed position, Not salary, Not Hourly). We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and eager to work and make money. We need an eyelash tech to have knowledge in lashes and also brows.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care to achieve desired results for clients.
• Educate clients on the process, including preparation and aftercare instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the your area and equipment used in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a friendly manner.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in tanning techniques and products to provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cosmetology/esthetician or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
• Ability to perform sanitation practices consistently to maintain a safe environment for clients.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Must be detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality results.
