What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Communications Specialist (Remote) position at The Moore Group?
The Moore Group is currently seeking a full-time Communications Specialist to support our Fortune 100 client, Pfizer. This position is involved in the planning, preparation, editing and execution of a diverse range of project related communications and change management initiatives. (Training, Communications and Change Management). The ideal candidate is a strong, succinct writer that has the ability to understand and streamline complex or technical information about digital applications into easily understandable messages. They should have the ability to collaborate and work well in a fast-paced organization while maintaining attention to detail.
What You Will Get To Do:
- Assist with the development and execution of the communication plans/timelines (Deployments and General Program Comms) and the management of a communications calendar for applications across Digital Manufacturing
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure a strategic and cohesive approach for communication/change management across all work streams
- Cooperate with key stakeholders and project team members to develop deployment communications, Program announcements, Newsletters, etc. and efficiently manage the review process to meet deadlines
- Prepare and maintain distribution lists to ensure communication recipients are up-to-date and customized with the key stakeholders/intended audience
- Manage content and updates to an internal SharePoint Online site that provides access to information, supporting processes, and resources for all digital applications (Digital Manufacturing Public Square)
- Establish and maintain a library of standard templates/materials to support communications for the awareness and user adoption of Digital Manufacturing applications
- Maintain library of distributions lists, toolkits, templates, images, resources, and other documents for the communications team
- Develop communication deliverables in multiple formats based on project needs (emails, posters, e-signs, infographics, videos, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Hyperlinks, Outlook, TEAMS, etc.), Internal Social Collaboration platforms (Yammer, etc.), & Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Global Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience working in an agile environment with an ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously
- Degree in English or Masters in English a Plus
- Experience in Project Management is a Plus
