The Moore Group is looking to hire a dynamic Instructional Designer to provide innovative digital training solutions for our clients in various industries. This role works across our Training, Communications and Change Management teams.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of learning design theory and learning models and frameworks
- Proficient in training needs analysis and curriculum development
- Experienced in designing and developing high quality engaging digital courses and learning assets and training materials of all types
- Expert in web-based training authoring tools including Articulate and Camtasia
- Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Captivate
- Knowledge of LMSs and SharePoint
- Experience working in a corporate, global environment preferred
- Developed Project Management skills
- Must work well in a team structure that is client facing
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to multi-task on multiple different projects at one time
- Ability to travel often for required meetings and training exercises onsite
Responsibilities:
- Work with subject matter experts to understand training needs and design solutions to meet those needs
- Design and build short videos for the purpose of marketing, training or communications
- Design and build newsletters, posters and e-signs for various internal organizations
- Develop web-based training for internal systems training using Articulate Storyline (includes drafting storyboards, design templates, full design and development, posting to LMS)
- Facilitate training to clients
