What You'll Do
Essential Job Functions :
Morgan is seeking an experienced finance professional to support Morgan’s vision to become one of the largest, fully integrated multifamily development companies in the states of Texas and Florida. The individual we are seeking to hire will be an integral member of a growing corporate finance team that supports our development, acquisitions, property management and construction businesses. This position has strong visibility within the company through hands-on experience working across all regions and business units, while also supporting the needs of our Executive Leadership Team. This individual will be expected to balance a variety of responsibilities with an emphasis on delivering company forecasts and analysis on a regular basis to ensure the financial health of the organization. The individual most suited for this position is detail oriented with high integrity, can guide decision-making through data-driven insights, and enjoys leading and collaborating with others.
