Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Family Law Attorney at The Murphy Law Firm. The Senior Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling legal issues related to family law, including motions and depositions. The role is primarily located in Upper Marlboro, MD, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Family Law with atleast 3 years of fwmily paw experience and 5 years of any litigation edperience
- Proficiency in handling Legal Issues, Motions, and Depositions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar membership in Maryland and DC
- Experience in courtroom litigation and trial advocacy
