Digital Marketing Manager

MX is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our collaborative Corporate Marketing team. In this role, you'll implement, test and monitor a wide variety of marketing initiatives to support ongoing brand awareness, drive demand for our services, nurture and progress leads, and optimize our website. This role requires a blend of analytical, strategic, and communication skills to lead successful campaigns that drive results in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You'll Do

• Own digital marketing program execution including web / landing pages, SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Display / PPC, Trade partnerships, Google Ads, Our Website and Email.
• Develop and help refine digital marketing plans, testing strategies, segmentation and targeting strategies, lead scoring, etc.
• Showcase campaign execution excellence across digital channels
• Be an analytical and creative thinker by looking at results on an ongoing basis and making strategic suggestions in line with the overarching marketing plan
• Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
• Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions and competitive strategies to the agency
