TRAVERSE CITY, MI (OPEN TO ALL U.S. CANDIDATES)—A wonderful family-owned facilities management firm, specializing in managing condominium associations, commercial properties, and estate facilities, is seeking a customer service-oriented FULL-TIME ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER.

 

The successful candidate must have the ability to meet expectations, deadlines, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to work independently. A professional image and a background in Customer Service are required. This is a great fit for someone who loves to learn and has extensive office experience. You'll be joining a rapidly growing team who rely on each other. The company emphasizes a TEAM APPROACH which focuses on a spirit of cooperation, common purpose and culture of customer service. Working together as a team encourages superior performance through open communication and decision empowerment. Opportunity for advancement with this growing company.

 

Work will be performed in person at the office. Benefits include paid time off, paid holidays and health insurance. Start date is ASAP!

 

Requirements

  • Experience with direct customer service.
  • Strong Computer Skills, Word processing, Internet, e-mail plus the ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Excellent communicator, team player, resourceful, organized and mindful of time management.
  • Receptive to learning new tools and exchanging knowledge.
  • Accustomed to going above and beyond.
  • Minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Must have valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
