Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Floating Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership qualities, a strong sense of accountability, and legendary customer service skills. This role involves showcasing available apartments, managing tenant relations, supporting property operations, and ensuring a smooth leasing process across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Showcase Properties: Conduct property tours and highlight the benefits of living in our community to potential residents.
  • Lease Agreements: Prepare and manage leasing paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to current and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Marketing: Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including social media, online listings, and community events.
  • Tenant Relations: Foster positive relationships with residents to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Support Management: Assist the Property Manager in daily operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Financial Management: Help manage property budgets, rent collections, and financial reporting.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including fair housing laws.
  • Floater: Traveling & providing support across multiple properties.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership: Ability to take initiative and lead by example, fostering a positive team environment. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a positive and productive workplace.
  • Accountability: Strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow through on commitments. High level of integrity and reliability in managing responsibilities.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a dedication to providing legendary service. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming community environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years in property management or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable, resilient, with strong communication, problem-solving, capable of managing logistics of traveling, providing support, navigating infrastructural challenges in diverse environments.
