Are you an experienced community manager looking for an exciting opportunity that allows you to travel and work with diverse properties? We are seeking a dynamic floating Community Manager to join our team, overseeing a portfolio of multi-family properties in various locations, ensuring their efficient operation, and maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
- Foster positive tenant relations, address issues, and maintain tenant satisfaction.
- Manage the leasing process, including advertising, showings, and lease negotiations.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Collect rent and manage financial aspects of property management.
- Ensure compliance with local and state property laws and regulations.
- Travel to different property locations for inspections and property-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in property management.
- BA in business, hospitality, property management preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations in various locations.
- Willingness and ability to travel to multiple property sites.
- Proficiency in property management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
