Server

The Server takes food and drink orders from the dining room. The Server must be comfortable working with the food and beverage staff to create a phenomenal experience for guest. Demands will vary, with the position encompassing all facets of customer interaction from the moment they arrive until they depart our facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Make certain all procedures, equipment needs and safety protocols are met.
• Support The Neighborhood Beer House team in all day-to-day operations.
• Be an ambassador for The Neighborhood Beer House and represent the brand in a professional manner.
• Help create a team environment, encourages others at every opportunity.
• TAKES INITIATIVE; doesn't wait for something to happen or to be asked to do something.

Must comply with all company policies and procedures.

To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required.

Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers and interact with our guests.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Must be able to communicate with other team members and guest

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

• Knowledge and understanding of basic math

• Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for a long period of time
