Position Summary
The HR Administrative Assistant will support the HR Manager in various administrative tasks to ensure efficient program operations and compliance with state regulations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual dedicated to maintaining high standards in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department.
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or GED required; an Associate’s Degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience, ideally in healthcare, social services, or compliance-focused roles.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion

Work Environment and Schedule
This role operates primarily in an office environment with occasional opportunities to support staff in the field. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility as required.
