TITLE: Line Cook
JOB TYPE: Full or Part time, seasonal (May-December)
HOURS: Typically 8-10 hour shifts, lunch or dinner
PAY RATE: Starting at $20/hour, adjusted based on experience

ABOUT THE JOB:
· Customize and improvise orders to ensure guest satisfaction
· Adhere to proper sanitation, food handling/storage/preparation, and hand washing guidelines.
· Manage time efficiently throughout business fluctuations to ensure consistent, high-standard product.
· Receive, distribute and organize incoming deliveries in a time-sensitive manner.
· Plate and present food as instructed by Executive Chef.
· Additional tasks as assigned by Executive Chef, to include help with staff meals and banquet functions when necessary.
ABOUT YOU:
· Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
· Ability to clean station at the beginning, during, and closing of scheduled shift
· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions for food prep and recipe purposes
· Success with handling multiple tasks with attention to detail
· Confident asking for help when necessary
· Aptitude for learning new skills
· Communicates politely with coworkers and treats other with respect
