What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child & Family Health Manager position at The North Carolina Partnership for Children?
The Child & Family Health Manager supports birth-to-five outcomes by advancing a shared vision for child and family health across North Carolina. This role collaborates across communications, policy, development, data, and evaluation teams, as well as with Smart Start local partnerships, to strengthen systems, inform decision-making, and align network-wide priorities with statewide early childhood health initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
· Lead and inform statewide initiatives in child and family health outcomes, collaborating with internal teams and state-level partners to advance policy, systems, and practice improvements.
· Support continuous quality improvement across the Smart Start network by analyzing data trends, facilitating learning opportunities, and promoting peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
· Collaborate with Smart Start local partnerships to train, consult, coach, and develop resource materials, webinars, and communities of practice.
· Identify and research funding opportunities from corporate, government, and philanthropic sources to support strategic goals and data needs for NCPC and local partnerships.
