Product Management Coordinator

Job Description

Our client, IMS Trading LLC- Cleanlogic , is looking to hire a Product Management Coordinator in the Norristown market (19403) !

RESPONSIBILITES

• Support Product Management and Marketing in Innovation Brainstorm Meetings
• Create & Manage Product Surveys for new products
• Support Sales & Marketing in creating competitor analysis for new development
• Define new development project scope
• Create product pro-types for new development
• Review factory pro-types and pre-production samples for accuracy, color match, quality, and function
• Offer suggestions, revisions to improve products before manufacturing
• Create item numbers, and generate UPC codes for packaging and GTINs for shipping marks
• Ensure items, specifications and measurements are accurate and maintained in Master Spec Database
• Maintain product information folders consisting of artwork, project spec sheets, deadlines, copy, jpg proofs, pricing, shipping marks, and production spec sheets
• Collaborate with mock up company to request necessary samples for Sales' meetings and / or pre-launch
• Submit artwork to factory, and review jpg proofs for approval
• Manage and approve shipping marks from factory
• Ensure new items are entered into ERP system
• Manage Quality Control, and communicate issues to the factory
• Other miscellaneous tasks as department evolves
