We are The Oaks at Forest Bay and we are a small, family-run regional skilled nursing company that successfully owns and operates skilled nursing facilities in the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for CNA's that are excited about post acute care. This person is driven by the inner desire to be a great caregiver and has a passion for what that higher calling means. This ideal person would be driven by their own growth and equally thrilled to serve the needs of out patients and clinical staff at out facility. This individual has the desire to ensure out patients have excellent clinical outcomes by utilizing their critical thinking and assessment skills so they can become the best clinicians in our business.

Job Description
* Delivers quality care that is consistent within the scope of practice as outlined by state and federal guidelines.
* Assume responsibility and accountability for the quality of care delivered; works to ensure a safe environment for themselves, the patient and other staff members.
* Acts as a patient advocate that promotes the quality of health care delivered in the facility and serve as a leader at all times to promote best practices within the profession of nursing
