WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) at The Oaks at Sweeten Creek, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, and administering medications as prescribed. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, providing education and support to residents and their families. Additionally, you will monitor vital signs, document patient progress, and respond to emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
