What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at The Ocean Bay House?
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager with all day-to-day operations and activities of The Ocean Bay House, including: Breakfast, Reservations, Guests Services, and Housekeeping. The Assistant Manager must ensure outstanding customer care and will be responsible for acting as a daily host/hostess - from the time of a guests arrival to the time of their departure. Key responsibilities will include face to face guest interaction, household chores, and computer work. This position will have flexible shifts that include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Some shifts may require being on your feet all day, and going up & down the stairs.
Salary : $20 - $27
