Odyssey Sponsored Clubs/Assignments

Job Title: Sponsored Clubs (NHS, NJHS, Ambassadors, etc) and Assignments (Yearbook)

School: All
Reports To: Site Admin
Employment Type: Stipend Position / Part-Time Supplement 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Provide a safe environment for students to conduct their meeting/activity.
• Ensure that district and school policies and procedures are followed.
• Ensure that room/area is secured and the facility is left in good repair.
• Reserve space for meetings as appropriate.
• Meet outside of the normal school day.
• Complete club application form & submit form to the board for final approval.
• Take roll and keep a roster of all students participating in the club
• Contact parents if students are absent without parent notice.
• Reconcile hours/attendance with club dues to ensure that the clubself-sustainableable.
