What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at The Olde Mill Inn & Grain House Restaurant?
Summary of Position: Join our team at The Olde Mill Inn and Grain House Restaurant! We are looking for Maintenance Technicians (Full-time and Part-time shifts available) to support the Chief Engineer in maintaining overall appearance and working order of the hotel and restaurant. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently as well as with others and possess:
- Maintenance knowledge
- Trouble shooting ability
- Ability to light spackle, sheetrock, and painting
- Light electrical, plumbing and carpentry
- Equipment and tool usage and knowledge
- Knowledge of HVAC system
- Full-time shift—11:30am - 8:00pm shift and to include some weekends and some holidays
- Part-time shift—weekends 1:00pm -9:00pm and some holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
