What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Chiropractic Assistant position at The Om Center?
Excellent position for candidates interested in Kinesiology, PT, Chiropractic, PA or Med School Candidates must have a willingness to learn basic equipment operation (e.g. Therapeutic Ultrasound, Electric Muscle Stimulation, Guasha, KT Taping, Laser Therapy) and will work closely with and under supervision of a physician at all times. This position will be part-time mostly afternoon to evenings and/or Saturday mornings. The position also requires candidates to live within 35-45 minutes of either office.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients
- Checking patients in, updating patient status using our EHR system
- Instructing patients in our rehab room
- Performing doctor guided therapies
- Transcribing notes for doctors during exams
- Keeping the work space clean and tidy
Experience preferred but not required to include:
- Receptionist in any medical setting
- Fitness training
The OM Center has two locations: Ashburn and Leesburg. We have 3 chiropractors who work together to educate our patients on how to create healthy habits. Our office uses a integrated approach to healing, using combination of chiropractic, physical therapy, massage therapy, yoga therapy and Reiki/Hypnotherapy during the course of the patients treatment. Along with the traditional adjustments we also offer Electric Stim, Ultrasound, Guasha, Kinesiology Taping, Dry Needling and Cold Laser Therapy as alternative treatment options.
