Treatment Specialist

The Open Door of Indiana, PA is a behavioral health organization that provides outpatient substance use and gambling education and treatment, mental health crisis intervention, impaired driving programming, and other services to promote steps toward hope, courage, and recovery for the members of our community.

Currently, The Open Door is seeking a Treatment Specialist to provide assistance to individuals in the community who suffer from substance addiction or are affected by someone who are addicted to substances.

Duties Include:

· Conducting intakes

· Providing drug and alcohol counseling for those who are addicted

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Criminal Justice (not Criminology) or a related Behavioral Science Degree.

· Current PA Licensing: LSW, LCSW, LPC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.59 - $17.59 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Counseling: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $17 - $18
